Flashback to when I launched my first business - a Shopify store full of aesthetic phone cases and accessories. Guess how many people bought from it? None.
Only 1 person owns a Ruby and Wild phone case, and I'll be honest, I gifted her the prototype after I took down my website. Rough right?
